From the beginning of the project to the end, we adopted a design thinking approach where we went with no preset notions, understood the audience and their needs and then started to work on the project.

To counter this, we devised an innovative WhatsApp-based doubt-solving program, utilizing a freemium model to provide personalized pregnancy and childcare support. Leveraging the widespread use of WhatsApp in India, this new service rapidly became their top seller and highest revenue-generating offering, revitalizing the company’s customer engagement and revenue streams.

Bringing a 40 year old South African luxury fashion house into the 21st century

From the initial planning phase to project completion, I guided Law of Leather through a significant modernization of their administrative operations and marketing strategy. Key initiatives included building an easy to use and no cost automated invoicing and inventory management tool, developing a digital marketing plan, and optimizing Google My Business. These efforts resulted in streamlined operations, reduced costs, successful trade shows, a brand relaunch, and a 300% increase in inquiries. The project successfully addressed the company’s challenges, positioning it for future growth and success.
